The first day is all about relaxing and getting ready for the adventures ahead.
Day 2 starts with a two-hour drive to Oukaimeden. This mountain town is 2550 meters high. When you arrive, you'll meet the team of muleteers who'll help you on your adventure.
Next, you'll hike through the Tizi n'Eddi pass, which is 2928 meters high. The hike up is about 400 meters. The views from the top are amazing. You'll see mountains and valleys all around you.
Then, you'll hike down into the Tachdirt valley. This is a 700-meter descent. The scenery is beautiful, and you might see some local animals. The hike will take about 4-4.5 hours. Don't worry, your muleteers will be with you the whole time.
After your hike, you'll set up camp opposite a village at 2300 meters. You can rest and get ready for the next day.
The campsite has great views of the valley below. As the sun sets, you can think about all the cool things you did that day.
Your third day starts early, between 7:00 and 7:30 am. You'll begin a challenging climb to Tizi n'Likemt, a 3500-meter pass.
The path winds upward in switchbacks. At the top, you'll see the Haouz plain to the northwest and Djebel Taroukht's ridge to the south.
After climbing 1700 meters, you'll reach the top of Tizi n'Likemt. The views are amazing.
As you head down to the azibs n'Likemt at 2500 meters, you'll pass old sheepfolds. People only use these sheepfolds during the summer.
You'll then hike through the Assif Tinzart valley. Your camp will be by the stream at an altitude of 2700 meters. Today's hike includes a 1000-meter descent.
When you arrive at camp, take a moment to enjoy your surroundings. You've accomplished something big by hiking in the high mountains.
Starting between 8:30 and 9:00 am, you'll begin a tough hike through the high mountains. Your goal is to reach the Tizi n'Ouraï pass, which is 3109 meters high.
As you climb up, you'll gain 800 meters in elevation. This means you'll be surrounded by the unique sights and feelings of the high mountains.
After reaching the pass, you'll start going downhill to the village of Amsouzert. This village is one of the biggest in the Tifnout Valley and is at an elevation of 1800 meters.
Next, you'll head to Lake Ifni's moraine, where you'll set up camp at 2300 meters. This special place was made by an old glacier and has amazing views. The atmosphere is also very peaceful.
Going downhill can be tricky because you'll be dropping 1500 meters in elevation. But the scenery and the feeling of achieving something make it worth it.
By the end of the day, you'll have seen the rugged beauty of the high mountains and made some unforgettable memories.
Day 5 of your trip starts very early. You'll wake up between 5:00 and 5:30 am. Today, you'll climb a long and steep path. The path is used by mules and is located in a very pretty, high mountain area.
It might be hard to wake up early, but the beautiful views will make you feel better. As you walk up, the sun will start rising and making the area look even more beautiful.
As you keep walking, you'll cross the Tizi Ouanoums pass, which is 3650 meters high. Take a moment to look around and enjoy the view from the top.
Then you'll start going down to the Neltner Base Camp. You'll set up your tent near a special building for mouflons (a type of wild sheep) at 3105 meters high. You'll be surrounded by very beautiful and tall mountains.
The walk might be difficult, but you'll feel proud of yourself and remember the beautiful views. You'll go up 1350 meters and down 550 meters.
At the end of the day, you'll think that Morocco's natural areas are amazing.
Your day starts early, between 5:30 and 6:00 am. You're getting ready to climb to the top of Toubkal Summit, the highest peak in North Africa.
You'll be going up 1070 meters, but don't worry, the path is well-marked and you can do it.
As you climb, the sun comes up over the mountains, making everything look golden. You'll finally reach the top at 4167 meters.
When you get to the top, take a minute to look around. You can see the Anti-Atlas mountains, the pre-Saharan mountains, and the plain of Marrakech. It's a really amazing view.
After you take in the view, start heading back down the north route. You'll pass above the Ighouliden waterfalls. Some parts of the path can be steep, but you'll make it back to the Neltner Base Camp.
You'll spend the night at 3105 meters, near the mouflons refuge. It's been a long day, but you'll feel proud of what you've done.
Day 7 of the Morocco Grand Tour is a big day. You'll wake up between 5:00 and 5:30 am to start climbing to the Aguelzim pass.
The climb is 300 meters up, but the views from the top are worth it. You'll be at an altitude of 3400 meters.
Then, you'll head down 1100 meters to the Lepiney Refuge, which is at 3000 meters.
As you walk, you'll see the beautiful Ighouliden waterfalls. The path winds down to the refuge, and the scenery is amazing.
After a while, you'll head to the Tamsoult mountain pastures. You'll set up camp on the banks of a stream at an altitude of 2300 meters. This is where you'll spend the night.

You'll follow a narrow trail along the mountain to the Tizi Mzik pass, which is 2480 meters high. From there, you can see the whole of Imlil Valley.
As you walk down into the valley, you'll stop for lunch under some old walnut trees. You can also visit the villages of Aremd and Targaimoula on the way to Imlil.
Imlil is 1800 meters high. When you get there, you can rest at a local inn, take a hot shower, and relax.
This day has great views, interesting villages, and a fun hike. It's a special part of the Morocco Grand Tour.
Day 9 of the Morocco Grand Tour starts with a 1.5 to 2-hour walk to Imlil's town center. After a good breakfast at your hostel, you'll head out on this last walk in Imlil.
Take your time and enjoy the sights and sounds of this mountain village. Once you finish your walk, you'll travel to the Atlantic coast. You'll stop for lunch on the way.
Your destination is Tafedna, where you'll stay in a simple lodge. In the afternoon, you'll go on a loop hike. You'll find a beautiful beach with fine sand.
Take a moment to enjoy the views and the peaceful atmosphere. You'll head back to your lodge in the evening.
You'll have dinner and stay overnight in a dormitory.
On Day 10, you'll wake up early, between 6 am and 6:30 am. Today, you'll go on a hike.
You'll climb 400m and then go down 150m through a beautiful mountain called Igzoulne. The mountain is covered with argan trees.
As you climb, you'll see very nice views of the ocean and the Tafdna valley. Take your time to enjoy the pretty scenery.
After you reach the top, you'll go down to a big, empty beach. You'll see the Atlantic Ocean in front of you.
It's a really amazing sight. You'll be surprised by how big and beautiful the landscape is.
At the end of the day, you'll arrive at a place called Sidi Ahmed Sayeh. You'll sleep in a simple house with other travelers.
You'll share a room with them. You can talk and share stories about your adventures with your fellow travelers.

Day 11 of the Morocco Grand Tour starts with a 6-hour hike. You'll walk along cliffs and beaches, seeing amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean.
